Medley of fresh vegetables steamed until just tender

 Basmati Rice pilaf baked with onion, garlic and herbs

Waldorf salad, coleslaw salad

Dessert

lemon Meringue Pie

Sticky Date Pudding served with butterscotch sauce

Seasonal fruit salad with freshly whipped cream and ice cream
